TERMS & CONDITIONS
EXTRA PERSONS
Although we do not recommend exceeding the ideal capacities (Makhulu Khaya 6, Panzi 4, Pezulu 2) of the units, we are able to accommodate extra guests on sleeper couches. Rates for these extra guests are R175 per adult (R105 per child under 12) per night.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
| 50% on confirmation of booking.
Payment in full 14 days before occupation. We accept payment by cheque (please allow time to clear), electronic transfer or cash. We do not have credit card facilities |
| A key/breakages deposit of R1 000 is payable when you book your accommodation. This amount (less retentions) will be refunded once our outstanding claims are agreed with you |
REFUNDS
| Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded. We will retain an administration fee of R150 |
| Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before arrival receive 50% refund |
| Bookings cancelled within 14 days are not entitled to a refund unless we are able to re-let |
GENERAL
| We reserve the right of admission. The units are privately owned. We will not accept unsupervised students or scholars |
| Please make arrangements with us for late arrivals (after 21:00) - the property is secured at night |
| This is a residential area. Please respect the rights of your neighbours and other guests. NO LOUD MUSIC, please. We will not allow noise after 10pm. Unacceptable conduct may be referred to www.badguest.co.za |
| No sub-letting or camping on the property |
| Although a sophisticated security system is in place, we will not be responsible for damage, burglary or theft. Please lock your valuables in the safe provided |
| All facilities are used at your own risk. The pool is fenced. For your safety and that of other guests, please keep the pool gates closed |
| DSTV is available. Please bring your own smart card. The new DSTv decoders do not accept PVR cards. Smart cards are available for hire in the village |
| Smoking is not permitted indoors |
| No pets please - they quarrel with the neighbours |
| Please check the inventory. You will be charged for shortages on your departure |
| We provide linen for the number of persons you specify on your booking application. This linen is changed weekly, or on request |
| Please provide your own beach towels, or make prior arrangements with us |
| The unit is serviced daily, except Sundays & public holidays, between 08:00 & 11:00 |
| Laundry facilities are available on site. Our staff will wash, tumble dry and iron for you for a nominal fee (your discretion). If you hand in your laundry by 09:00 we will try to return by 16:00, based on quantity & staff availability |
| The unit will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10:00 on your day of departure |
| A Welcome Pack (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet paper & soap) is provided, and is included in the tariff |
